What do vegetarians eat in a Japanese/Korean restaurant?

Try this: Avocado Rolls
served with wasabi, sliced pickled ginger and soy sauce.
It's my all time favorite dish.
And this:

Spicy Tofu Box

On the left is the Spicy tofu over a bed of shredded lettuce, carrots and squash in a sweet and sour sauce.

And it comes with the following accompaniments:

  • Rice
  • Egg rolls
  • Vegetable dumplings
  • Creamy fruit salad

The meal was YUM. But way too much for one person to eat!

It looks like Carbondale is seeing a sudden spurt in Japanese restaurants. The pictures were taken at Kaya, where we went this Saturday. But Sachi is just as good.

Haven’t been to Fujiyama as yet. Actually we did go there this weekend, only to turn back, since it was so packed, we would have had to wait forever in line.
