I give my comprehensive MIME exams 2 days from today - thats Monday the 18th of July and i’m feeling all high-strung and stressed about it. Its an 8 hour exam and once i’m done with it and defend it orally, i’d have graduated. Keeping my fingers crossed….
On the brighter side of things, we went to Barnes and Nobles around midnight to see all the hoopla behind the release of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I couldnt believe the crowd of people there and their presence in a small college town like Bloomington, made me wonder what it would be like in a big city like New York or SF. It does reaffirm the power of books of course and the way a book can capture the imagination of a whole range of people - kids to adults.
