New Year happened and our DSL went down for no reason. We actually went 10 whole days without the Internet at home. Nanu spent endless hours every evening with the phone stuck to his ear, talking to customer service. Either he could never get a hold of them or if he could they couldn't help him.
One day, he ended up speaking to a girl whose accent made it difficult for him to follow what she was saying. So he ended up asking,"Are you talking to me from a call center in India?" And she said, "No. But I'm talking to you from a call center in Mexico!"
Anyway our Internet is back on and i have lots of catching up to do. Having the Internet at work is not quite the same as using it from home!
