Signs of Christmas

Christmas is nearing no doubt.

• The huge "SALE" signs everywhere.
• The crazy rush at the mall.
• The festively decorated shops just bursting with toys and gift baskets and goodies.
• The different Santas gracing store entrances.
• The glittering Christmas trees in shop windows.
• The beautifully lit up houses that you can see from roads and sidewalks.
• The strains of "Silent Night" coming from the radio.
• The occasional driver wearing a Santa cap.
• The ornaments decorating the windows in my favorite coffee shop.
• The cold outside.
• The welcoming warmth indoors.

I guess this is one holiday, that just cant creep up on you and take you by surprise.
