Some of the tips were pretty interesting, like this one: Whenever you go to a restaurant and order food, divide whatever you get in half the minute it arrives at your table. Ask for a take-out box and and then place one half in the box. Just eat the remaining half.
Now that's a pretty cool tip huh? With the mammoth portions most American restaurants serve these days, it seems like a good strategy to avoid overeating and the unnecessary calories.
