Catching up with my Sis!

My sis has been visiting with us for nearly a month now and its been so great. We've been catching up on all the years we've been apart and never seem to run out of topics to talk about.

It's strange to see my sis all grown up now and stranger still to suddenly realize that I must be pretty grown up too, since I'm older than her by two and a half years.

We've been talking about and laughing over all the many silly childhood incidents and craziness we experienced together.

I'm no longer the kid who used to wear all her tiny t-shirts and stretch them out of shape! And she's no longer the pest who used to tell my mom that I had a comic book stuck inside a science book I was supposedly "studying!"

We've been shopping, sighseeing, eating out and generally spending as much time as we can together. Nanu's been having heart-to-hearts with her too and giving her...ahem!...advice on married life. (Ha ha!)

We've become quite a cozy family of three. Only wish she could stay longer.

The days have flown by and she leaves for India tomorrow afternoon. I'm not ready to say goodbye as yet...
